THE INTELLIGENT LOGGER
MiniM.O.L.E.™ rH provides one Relative Humidity and one Temperature channel to monitor and log proofer conditions. The large LCD display makes the MiniM.O.L.E. rH easy to read for monitoring current proofer status. To collect data, integrate MAP software with the MiniM.O.L.E. rH and connect the device via the USB dock station. Data logging can be initiated by pressing the Start magnet against the ECD logo for 1.5 seconds. Data recording continues at a sample rate of 1 second up to 10 days until the device is again connected to the dock station and read by MAP software.
